Who is Nora, really?
A Product Manager with a background in Biomedical Technology, currently building ND AI Labs as a space to think through real business problems in public: research, strategy, and AI, out loud.
Is this a full agency, or is it just you?
Just me, for now. ND AI Labs is a personal practice, not a company with a team behind it. That’s intentional, it keeps the thinking honest and the work close to the ground.
Do you build the AI tools yourself?
Where it makes sense, yes, using no-code and AI tools to build things like chatbots and automations directly. For heavier engineering, I bring in collaborators so execution matches strategy.
Who is this for?
Founders with an early idea, business owners looking to sharpen what they've already built, or teams looking for an extra hand, or simply open to collaborating, on a project.
Why the interest in health-tech specifically?
My background is in Biomedical Technology, so health-tech is one space I’m especially drawn to, it’s where medical devices and product thinking meet, two things I already understand well. It’s part of what I explore, not the whole of it.
Can I reach out even if I’m not ready to hire anyone?
Yes. Not everything starts as a formal engagement, some of the most useful conversations begin as just that: a conversation.
